He makes sure the company's growth is funded sustainably rather than chased.

His approach pairs entrepreneurial instinct with financial rigour. Ubaid built the fixed-price model AuxWork quotes against, keeps project economics transparent from proposal through final invoice, and works closely with delivery leadership so that scope, cost and timeline stay honest. Having helped found the company, he brings the same long-term thinking to its books that he brought to its first client relationships — building a firm that can invest in its people and still be here in ten years.
