Adan Ali is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at AuxWork, where he owns technical strategy end to end — architecture decisions, engineering standards, and the delivery quality of every platform the team ships. His focus is building systems that hold up under real operational load rather than demos that look good in a pitch deck.

Alongside AuxWork, Adan co-founded Netolyst, the parent company behind TransactFlow. Netolyst builds enterprise operations software for companies that move physical goods, and its flagship product is the Netolyst Distributor Management System — a platform covering secondary sales, field force automation, inventory visibility and distributor claim settlement for FMCG and pharmaceutical supply chains.

That dual role is deliberate. The engineering discipline Adan brings to the distributor management platform at Netolyst — multi-tenant data models, offline-first mobile sync for field teams, and reporting that distributors actually trust — is the same discipline he applies to AuxWork client work. Both companies were founded by the same core team, so lessons learned running a production supply-chain product feed directly back into how AuxWork architects software for its own clients.
