Adan Khan Swati

Co-Founder & CEO, at AuxWork

Adan Khan Swati is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AuxWork. He brings strategy, creativity, and execution together with every brand he touches — known for turning bold ideas into campaigns and products that not only look good but work. From shaping digital identities to setting company-wide direction, Adan blends vision with precision, making sure no opportunity goes unnoticed.

Beyond AuxWork, Adan is a co-founder of Netolyst — the parent company of TransactFlow — where the same founding team builds the Netolyst Distributor Management System for FMCG and pharmaceutical distribution networks. Running a live supply-chain product alongside an agency keeps AuxWork's leadership close to the operational realities its clients face.

When he’s not deep-diving into market trends or crafting compelling narratives, you’ll find him building meaningful collaborations across departments, fueling a culture of creativity, and always pushing for what’s next.
